Prabjeet Singh Anand
Co-founder & Director
Prabjeet Singh Anand is the co-founder and a Director of A&B Group, which he incorporated in Singapore in 2003 alongside Surjit Singh. He leads the group's HR technology and AI pillar, overseeing PeopleCentral, HireCentral, ReimburseMe, EngageCentral, GoHRBPO, Recruitment Central, SMEPayroll, ChequePro, ChequeGuru, and SA Visa Central.
Under his leadership, PeopleCentral has become one of Singapore's most-awarded HR platforms, achieving ISO 27001 certification, MINDEF Tech Gateway accreditation, and IMDA PSG pre-approval. The group's brands have been recognised at the HR Vendors of the Year Awards across five categories in 2024 and 2025, with 9 industry recognitions in total.
Prabjeet brings a product and operations mindset to the group, having built software platforms from the ground up across HR, AI, and financial technology. He is actively involved in product direction for ReimburseMe and HireCentral.
Surjit Singh
Co-founder & Director
Surjit Singh is the co-founder and a Director of A&B Group, which he incorporated in Singapore in 2003 alongside Prabjeet Singh Anand. He leads the group's construction and engineering pillar, overseeing Advanced & Best Construction, Advanced & Best Engineering, SAM Offshore Engineering, and AB Contractors.
Under his leadership, the construction pillar has delivered over $20 million in infrastructure projects for Singapore's Land Transport Authority (Thomson-East Coast Line, North-South Corridor), the Public Utilities Board (Deep Tunnel Sewerage System Phase 2), Jurong Town Corporation, and HDB, alongside commercial clients including Samsung, Hyundai, GS Engineering, Penta-Ocean, and ExxonMobil.
Surjit brings over two decades of hands-on construction and project management experience, with deep expertise in civil and RC works, government infrastructure tendering, and cross-border construction operations across Singapore, Malaysia, India, and the UAE.
